Much like you, we understand keeping your business operational is essential, and our sales team, technicians and engineers are ready to support you.

We’re Taking Critical Steps

To keep our customers and employees healthy and adhere to CDC recommendations, we have implemented the following changes to our business. As best practices change, we are updating these policies accordingly.

Jenkins COVID-19 Policies

  • The Jenkins sales team is available and ready to support any request or troubleshooting issues you may have remotely via phone and email.
  • On-site visits are limited to special requests and emergency situations.
  • The Jenkins distribution team is available to pick-up and deliver, while limiting personal interaction to keep the necessary social distance.
  • All exterior surfaces of equipment leaving our facility will be cleaned with disinfectant.
  • Any business travel for the foreseeable future will be limited to on-site work that is scheduled at customer sites.
  • We are continuing to work with employees whose work schedules are impacted by school closures and family health concerns.
